Roger Billings - PGA General Manager

Roger Billings joined the Chardonnay Golf Club’s management team in March of 2006 as General Manager. A thirty-plus year veteran in the golf industry, Mr. Billings has served in golf operations management as a Corporate Senior Operations Manager with oversight of multiple facilities, a General Manager with total facility management responsibilities and as a Director of Golf. Three of those years were served with the Southern California Professional Golfers Association as General Manager of the PGA of Southern California Golf Club, three and one half years with CourseCo, Inc., a regional golf management firm located in Northern California that operates thirteen facilities and sixteen years were with the Marriott Corporation in their Marriott Golf Management division; both in facility operations and management, as well as corporate oversight of multiple facilities.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Roger is a PGA Class A Golf Professional. Mr. Billings is recognized as a leader in the golf management arena having been twice named a sectional Merchandiser of the Year, managed multiple facilities that have been named to America`s 100 Best Golf Shops by Golf Digest publications, and recognized by the National Golf Foundation and Marriott Golf as a leader in public relations.

Roger presently resides in Napa with his wife, Kerry, a registered nurse working at the Northbay Allergy and Asthma Clinic; and has two daughters. Daughter number one is Amanda, who lives with her husband, Brad, and three children, Colby, Avery and Riley, in Napa and is a licensed cosmetologist. Daughter number two is Kiira, who lives in Glendale, CA with her husband, Josh, two sons, Micah and Jonah, and is presently working as a free-lance graphic designer.
