Bob Becker - Assistant Golf Professional, Outside Services Manager

Bob Becker joined the Chardonnay Golf club team recently, having spent seven years at Napa Golf Course. Originally hired as a part-time guest services staffer, Becker worked on his game and became a PGA Apprentice soon after passing his PAT (Player's Ability Test) in 2004.  From 2006-2009, Bob was the Head Golf Professional at Napa and served as Tournament Director for the Napa Golf Men’s Association. Besides his employment at Napa Golf Course, Becker has extensive management experience earned while a serving as a store and regional manager for Round Table at locations in Napa, Sonoma and Marin counties.  

A native of Napa, Bob also enjoys bowling, following football and spending time with his kids. Becker resides in Napa with his wife, Leslie, and his four children. As a devoted father, Bob has a natural joy for teaching young people to play golf and to enjoy and grow from the lessons provided by the game.
