Michael Board - Food & Beverage Operations Manager Michael joined our management team here at Chardonnay in May of 2008 and brings about 30 years of Food and Beverage experience with him having been the Food and Beverage Manager at several other golf facilities, resorts and casinos. His hands on experience in all facets of Food and Beverage, in both the front and back of the house operations, make him an asset to the club with the ability to jump into a position and help out wherever needed having held every position beginning at 15 as a dishwasher at Franklin Canyon Golf Course. He attended California State University at Long Beach then moved back to the Bay area and bought a house in Vacaville where he now resides with his 4 pomeranians and breeds them a couple times a year. Although he just recently began his position with us he has always felt like this was where he needed to be since the building of the facility in the late 80's when he was the Food and Beverage Director at Rancho Solano Country Club. Michael also attended the CSI Business Institute and is certified in various aspects of accounting and management. He brings a lot of fresh perspective with him from his time at several courses and hopes to be able to contribute to Chardonnays continuing pursuit of exceptional guest service for many years to come!
